ADF 2012 Approvals by Sector
Cumulative approvals in 2012 stood at UA 1.78 billion. After infrastructure (54.6 per cent), the next largest recipient of ADF approvals was multisector, which received UA 401.8 million, equivalent to 22.6 per cent of total approvals. With regard to the other sectors, agriculture and rural development was allocated 12.3 per cent, followed by social sector with 10.5 per cent.

ADF cumulative approvals for the period 1974–2012 totaled UA 26.2 billion consist of loans and grants. The main sector recipient of these cumulative loans and grants was infrastructure (42.4 per cent), followed by multisector (20.7 per cent), agriculture and rural development (19.2 per cent), social sector (15.2 per cent) and other sectors (2.6 per cent).

Sectoral distribution of ADF resources from ADF-9 cycle to ADF-12 (2011–2012) cycle shows that infrastructure has the largest share of cumulative approvals. Infrastructure was allocated on average more than half of ADF resources since ADF-10 replenishment, followed by multisector, and agriculture and rural development.

ADF Disbursement, 2011
Disbursements of loans and grants on ADF operations increased from UA 1.2 billion in 2010 to UA 1.3 billion, representing an increase of 11.1 per cent. As at December 31, 2011, cumulative disbursements on loans and grants amounted to UA 16 billion. A total of 1,839 loans and grants were fully disbursed for an amount of UA 13.1 billion, representing 81.7 per cent of cumulative disbursements.
