Voluntary Disclosure program

The Bank encourages firms or individuals involved in Bank Projects to volunteer information on any Fraud, Corruption or Misconduct of which they have knowledge or to which they are privy. The voluntary disclosure of malpractices will have a mitigating effect in the application of sanctions against the firm or individual making the disclosure.
