Independent Review Mechanism Report Disclosure

Subject to the Bank Group’s information disclosure policy, the following reports shall be published on the Bank’s Internet website:

  • Request  Notice of registration.
  • CRMU Mediation (Problem-Solving) Reports.
  • Eligibility Reports for Compliance Review.
  • Compliance Review Panels Reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Management Responses and Action Plans.
  • Decisions made by the Boards of Directors or the President (depending on the status of the project approval)  on Problem-Solving Reports, Compliance Review Eligibility Reports and Compliance Review Reports.

If the Requestors demand their identities to be handled confidentially, the Director of CRMU shall determine whether such confidentiality is warranted, and if accepted, the Director shall agree with the Requestors on how their identities shall be handled during the review process.
