Independent Review Mechanism Report Disclosure

Subject to the Bank Group’s information disclosure policy, the following reports shall be published on the Bank’s Internet website:

• Request registration
• CRMU Mediation (Problem-Solving) Reports.
• Eligibility Reports for Compliance Review.
• Compliance Review Panels Reports with facts and recommendations.
• Management Responses and Action Plans.
• Decisions made by the Boards of Directors or the President (depending on the status of the project) in response to Problem-Solving Reports, Compliance Review Eligibility Reports and Compliance Review Reports.

If confidentiality is requested, the Director of CRMU shall determine whether such confidentiality is warranted, and if accepted, agree with the requestor on how the confidentiality shall be handled during the review process.
