Studies Commissioned as Part of the Problem Solving Exercise

The following two studies were commissioned by the African Development Bank (AfDB) as part of the problem‐solving exercise facilitated by the Compliance Review and Mediation Unit (CRMU) between AfDB and Friends of Lake Turkana (FoLT) in 2009. The AfDB is no longer involved in the financing of the Gibe III Hydroelectric Power Project and is therefore not in a position to follow‐up or comment on the findings of these studies. In addition, any views on the opinions and findings expressed by the consultants in these studies neither represent the views of the CRMU nor the Independent Review Mechanism.
