The Plenary Sessions will focus on issues relating to Africa’s Economic Growth and will discuss topics including the Challenges of Africa’s Growth Environment, and Opportunities and Constraints to Growth in the continent. Another area of focus in the Plenary Sessions will be Africa’s Trade Environment, looking at issues including Export supply constraints; and the lessons from Asia’s experience.
