Hatem Salah

Hatem Salah is a Doctor of Economics from the University of Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne), France. He also holds master’s degrees in International Economics & Development Economics from the University of Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne), France. He is an Associated Professor at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Tunis, University of Manouba (Tunisia). He works also for the International Institutions (World Bank, OECD, United Nations, African Bank Development etc…) as consultant. He was also Visiting Research at the University of Wellington, New Zealand and teacher of Economics at several Universities in Tunisia. He is actually a member of the Unit Research ECOFI, Tunisia. His main research interests include development macroeconomics, banking sector, bank efficiency, monetary policy and financial market, trade and investment, capital flows and economic growth with a focus on the African development as well as Arab one.
