11:00 – 12:00: Lagoon guided tour:
- Visit to the Autonomous Port of Abidjan
- Visit to Billionaires’ Bay
12:00: Arrival at Boulay Island, welcomed by the local community, traditional entertainment, etc.
12:20: Guided tour of Boulay Island’s tourist attractions
13:00: Lunch outdoors on Boulay Island, entertainment provided by the Yakomin musical group, traditional dances of Boulay Island and a selection of modern Ivorian music on the shores of the lagoon
16 :30: Departure from Boulay Island for Blokosso waterbus landing stage
19:00 – 21:00: Joint reception of the Boards of Governors and the President of the ADB Group at the Hotel Ivoire skating rink

08:30: Departure (Hotel Ivoire, Pullman Hotel) for the Ivorian Museum of Civilisations
08:50: Arrival at the Ivorian Museum of Civilisations

09:55: Departure from the Ivorian Museum of Civilisations for Abidjan City handicrafts centre
10:15: Arrival at the Abidjan City handicrafts centre and shopping
11:15: Departure for Grand Bassam 40 Km from Abidjan
11:50: Arrival at the Etoile du Sud Hotel in Grand Bassam
