Documents in English and French will be available at the Documents Distribution Desk at the Conference Centre as from 4 June 2011.
Governors who wish to address the Annual Meetings should provide the Secretariat of the Boards of Governors at the Conference Centre with a copy of the text of their statement, forty-eight (48) hours prior to delivery. The purpose of this request is to facilitate the publication of these documents in their original language for participants and the press.
