Abstract: The Educational Institutions Rehabilitation Project concerns primarily the intermediate, secondary and higher education institutions in the town of N’djamena. It was financed with an ADF loan of UA 10.78 million (Loan n°F/TCH/EDU89/19) which was approved in September 1988 and signed in May 1989. The loan covered the entire foreign exchange cost and 38% of the local currency cost.
