The Government was the borrower and the Société Sucrière du Mosso (SOSUMO) was the executing agency. The total project cost amounted to UA 63.37 million. ABEDA (BADEA), the Abu Dhabi fund, OPEC, German and local banks participated alongside the ADB in financing the Project.
