Abstract: This full project performance audit report focuses on the Mape dam in Cameroon, based on a study conducted in 1981 by the Cameroonian Government under its energy self-sufficiency policy. The economic and financial study as well as the project presentation note, were prepared by SONEL with the help of a foreign consulting firm.

Cameroon: The Mbalmayo - Ebolowa Road Project (407 KB)

Abstract: This Project Performance Audit Report (PPAR) reviews the Mbalmayo-Ebolowa Road Project in Cameroon for which an ADB loan agreement for UA 47.15 million was signed in February 1987. The purpose of the project was to provide the Southern Province with basic modem road infrastructure, and promote development of various economic sectors especially agriculture and forestry. The other project objectives were: i) enable the development of transport at the best cost for the community; and ii) help further integration of sub-regional economies, the road being part of the international link with Gabon and a section of the Transafrican road

Cameroon: Douala New Air Terminal Construction Project (2.3 MB)

Abstract: This report relates to the post-evaluation of the Douala Air Terminal construction project in respect of which an initial loan of UA 3.00 million and two supplementary loans of UA 1.11 million and UA 0.65 million were granted. These loans were approved in November 1972 June 1975 and March 1976 respectively. The loan was fully disbursed as at 26 June 1979. The Executing Agency was the Agency for the safety of Air Navigation in Africa (ASECNA).
