Great initiative and truly inspiring people, however I am disappointed to see that you seem to be facing difficulties in finding eminent speakers that are not men. 15 out of the 17 speakers listed above are men. Only 2 are women. Surely more women than that have knowledge and experience with African development and challenges that they could share with the Bank at high level forums such as these.
