Guirane Samba Ndiaye

Prior to joining ADB, Guirane was working as an economist with the Global Development Network (GDN) based at New Delhi (India). In this capacity, he was assisting GDN’s Chief Economist with research to be conducted in-house on topics of relevance to the GDN research program. Guirane holds a PhD in Development Economics and an MSc in Projects Analysis and Evaluation from CERDI (Center for Studies and Research in International Development), Auvergne University (France). His research interests include Private Sector Development in Sub-Saharan Africa, Financial Development and Macroeconomics.
