Jennifer Mbabazi Moyo joined the African Development Bank in March 2012 as a Senior Research Economist. She has more than ten years’ experience as an Economist having previously worked at the IMF in the Monetary and Capital Markets Department and the Middle East and Central Asia Department.

More recently, she has undertaken consultancy assignments on financial markets, training and other capacity building issues for the IMF, the African Development Bank and GIZ (formerly GTZ). She has also taught at Makerere University in Uganda. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. Her research interests include financial market issues as well as trade and inclusive growth. Selected publications are listed below.
