Emelly Mutambatsere a Senior Research Economist in the Development Research Department.  Prior to joining the African Development Bank, she worked as a Post-Doctoral Associate with the Emerging Markets Program at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. She holds a PhD in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Research Interests

Her research background is in the areas of commodity markets and international trade.
