African Statistical Journal Vol. 2

This is the second volume of the Journal. It presents articles and other materials of interest to the African statistical community ranging in scope from a summary of the Reference Regional Framework for Statistical Capacity Building in Africa aimed at promoting and coordinating statistical development efforts on the continent to complementary regional and international initiatives with direct relevance to capacity building efforts in Africa.
