Nigeria: Ground Visit by AfDB Delegation

Vice President A. Ordu, accompanied by members of the delegation of the African Development Bank (AfDB), including Janvier Litse, Director, Elisha Sulai, advisor to the AfDB director for Nigeria, John Baffoe, resident representative, Valentin Zongo, expert in infrastructure and representatives from the Ministry of Finance, visited on 25 November 2010, the land that the authorities of the Federal Republic of Nigeria made available to the AfDB Group to build its representative office.

This action reflects the confidence that the country’s authorities put in their regional bank, as highlighted by Namadi Sambo, vice president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
