Visit of President Yayi Boni to the AfDB

Three days from the African Union (AU) Summit scheduled to take place from July 14-16, 2012, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the AU Chairperson, Dr. Yayi Boni, who is also Benin’s president, visited the African Development Bank Group President, Dr. Donald Kaberuka. During their meeting, both men reviewed events happening on the continent. They also focused on important development issues in Africa, especially intra-African trade and economic growth recorded by African countries. It should be recalled that Mr. Kaberuka will make an important presentation on inter-African trade and «Trade finance» during the upcoming African Union Summit.
