20/02/2009 - The African Development Bank (AfDB) Group and the Republic of Benin signed on Friday in Tunis an agreement for an African Development fund (ADF) loan of 25 million Units of Account (UA*), equivalent to US$ 37 million (CFAF 19 billion), to finance the country’s Milk and Meat Sectors Support Project (PAFILAV).

03/06/2008 - The African Development Bank (AfDB) Group and the Republic of Benin have signed an agreement for a loan of 17.39 million Units of Account (UA), equivalent to US$ 28.2 million (FCFA 11.9 billion) to finance the country’s segment of a power connection line with neighbouring Togo and Ghana.

17/05/2005 - Abuja, le 17 mai 2005 – Le vice-président par intérim pour les opérations Centre et Ouest du Groupe de la Banque africaine de développement (Bad), M. Jaouad Mohammed Gharbi, et le ministre de l’économie et des Finances du Bénin, M. Cosme Sehlin, ont signé aujourd’hui à Abuja, un accords de prêt d’un montant de 22 millions d’Unités de compte (UC*), soit 17 milliards de FCFA, équivalent à 33 millions de dollars EU, pour financer le projet d’Appui au développement du système de santé au Bénin. Ce projet a pour but de contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs du millénaire dans le domaine de la santé au Bénin, a travers la réduction de la mortalité infantile, l’amélioration de la santé maternelle, la lutte contre le VIH/SIDA, le paludisme et les autres maladies transmissibles.
