19/03/2010 - Dans cette interview, Mamadou Lamine N’Dongo, économiste au département Assurance qualité et contrôle de qualité, BAD, explique comment le portefeuille du Groupe de la Banque est caractérisé par des retards importants, tant au niveau de la réalisation du premier décaissement des prêts et dons qu’au niveau de l’exécution des opérations sur le terrain. Aux termes de trois jours de travaux, qui ont mobilisé des chargés d’opérations de cinq pays pilotes, sur la mise en œuvre des projets axée sur les résultats rapides, «nous sommes parvenus à des résultats vitaux dans l’accomplissement de la missionde la Banque », estime-t-il.

Les six premiers prêts ont été exclusivement réservés au financement des projets d’électrification rurale alors que les deux derniers sont destinés au financement partiel des projets d’assainissement et de restructuration des réseaux de distribution de l’électricité.
