21/12/2012 - La Banque africaine de développement (BAD) et le Maroc ont signé, le 19 décembre à Rabat, trois accords de prêt et de garantie ainsi qu’un accord de don pour un montant global de près de 7 milliards de dirhams, soit l’équivalent de 533 millions d’euros. Les cosignataires étaient la représentante résidente de la Banque, Mme Amani Abou-Zeid et le Ministre de l’Economie et des Finances du Maroc, M. Nizar Baraka. La cérémonie s’est déroulée en présence du Directeur général de l’Office national de l’électricité et de l’eau potable (ONEE), M. Ali Fassi Fihri.

22/11/2012 - Le Groupe de la Banque africaine de développement (BAD) et l'Agence marocaine de l'énergie solaire (MASEN) ont procédé, sous la présence effective du Roi Mohamed VI, le 19 novembre à Rabat, à la signature des accords de prêts et de garanties relatifs au projet de la première phase de la centrale solaire de Ouarzazate. Les accords sont d’un montant de 238,12 millions d’euros, soit un total de 2.7 milliards de dirhams. Ce financement est constitué de 168 millions d’euros provenant des ressources propres de la BAD et d’un prêt concessionnel de 100 millions de dollars du Fonds pour les technologies propres (FTP), dont la BAD est l’agence d’exécution.

24/11/2011 - Le Conseil d’administration de la Banque africaine de développement (BAD) a approuvé à Tunis, le 23 novembre 2011, un prêt de 224 millions d’euros pour financer le programme d’appui au développement du secteur financier – phase II (PADESFI II) du Maroc.

18/03/2011 - The African Development Bank (AfDB) Group and the Government of Morocco, today signed six loan and grant agreements amounting to €303 million (3.4 billion dirham). Morocco’s Economy and Finance Minister, Salaheddine Mezouar and AfDB Regional Director, Nono Matondo Fundani co-chaired the signing ceremony in Rabat.

07/07/2010 - The Bank Group and Morocco on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, in Tunis signed a €100 million agreement for the financing of the fourth phase of the country’s public service reform support project (PARAP IV). The project falls within the framework of the country’s public service and governance reforms that began in 2002.

12/05/2009 - The AfDB and Morocco on Friday, May 8, 2009, in Rabat, signed two loan agreements, one guarantee agreement and one grant agreement for three different operations in education, transport and water management sectors. The agreements are worth €317 million, €75 million of which is for the National Education Emergency Programme, € 240 million to finance the Third Airport Project and € 1.892 million grant resources from the African Water Facility to finance the Haouz Water Table Artificial Rehabilitation Pilot Project from the Ghmat water table.

27/06/2008 - The African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Kingdom of Morocco have signed a €66 million loan agreement to finance the third phase of the country’s Public Administration Reform Support Programme (PARAP III) which was approved on Wednesday, 25 June 2008, in Tunis, by the Board of Directors of the Bank Group.

07/04/2008 - The African Development Bank (AfDB) Vice President for Finance, Thierry de Longuemar, Morocco’s Economy and Finance Minister, Salaheddine Mezouar and the Director General of the country’s National Electricity Corporation (ONE), Younes Maamar, have agreed to proceed with the signing of a supplementary loan and project guarantee agreement for the Ain Beni Mathar power station in Morocco.
