14/10/2009 - Le contrat de prêt que nous venons de signer est le 8ème que nous concluons avec la BAD entérinant ainsi, un partenariat de près de 30 ans. Les six premiers prêts ont été exclusivement réservés au financement des projets d’électrification rurale alors que les deux derniers sont destinés au financement partiel des projets d’assainissement et de restructuration des réseaux de distribution de l’électricité.

The purpose of the IRM is to respond to complaints by people and communities who allege they are or likely to be adversely affected by projects financed by the AfDB because of non-compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
28/09/2009 - The African Development Bank (AfDB)Vice President, Finance, Thierry de Longuemar, has hailed Canada’s decision to temporarily make available US$2.6 billion, equivalent to CAD$2.8 billion, to the AfDB to enable it address the impact of the global financial crisis on African economies.
03/09/2009 - With the African Development Bank (AfDB) Group our discussion focused on how to deepen Brazil’s cooperation ties with Africa, using the institutions available to us such as our Development Bank (BNDS), our Agricultural Research Institute and the AfDB on the African side.
