List of Debarred Entities

On the 5th of July 2012, the Board of Directors of the African Development Bank Group approved policies designed to strengthen the institution's anti-corruption strategy, as well as its  procurement rules and procedures. These approvals include the implementation of a new sanctions process, amendments to the Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works; and Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants; and the restructuring of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Department.

Consequently, the African Development Bank Group can now fully discharge its obligations under the Agreement for Mutual Enforcement of Debarment Decisions and recognise debarment decisions of Participating Institutions.

The following entities have been declared ineligible to be awarded contracts by Participating Institutions and may be declared ineligible for projects financed by the African Development Bank Group. List of Debarred Entities
