Specific procurement notices (SPNs)
An SPN is a follow up of a GPN for invitation to bid, prepared by the Borrower (in consultation with the Bank), which gives detailed information on a particular contract of a project under International Competitive Bidding (ICB).
This notice is published simultaneously in UNDB and in newspapers of the Borrower's country.
