The Procurement Annual Report comprises the following key sections:
- Analysis of the procurement methods used by borrowers;
- Geographic distribution of the bidders and the awardees;
- Breakdown of contracts awarded by size;
- Procurement dossier processing time frames, claims on and amendments to contracts approved for the year.

Quarterly Operations Summaries for proposed projects sponsored by the African Development Bank (AfDB), the African Development Fund (ADF), and the Nigeria Trust Fund (NTF) are listed below.
The information provided in these publications relates to projects in regional member countries, for which financing has been approved by the Boards of Directors of the Bank Group during the last six months of the publication date, and those which are expected to be submitted to the Boards for approval during the following six months of publication date.
New projects are listed in the publication after the Bank is satisfied that they are suitable for possible financing. Approved projects are removed from the Quarterly Summaries after two subsequent publications. Projects may also be dropped if a decision is made not to proceed with further processing.
