Overview & key elements of interventions
The Bank Group has been supporting the water sector in Liberia since 2008. To-date the total Bank Group assistance to the water sector amounts to UA 33.304 million in four operations of which one was completed, namely, Monrovia Expansion and Rehabilitation of Three Country Capitals Water Supply and Sanitation Study resulting in the on-going Urban Water Supply and sanitation Project that was approved in 2010
