Adesina in Ethiopia for two-day mission

On Monday, November 23, African Development Bank President Akinwumi Adesina was in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for two-day visit to reinforce cooperation with the African Union, the Government of Ethiopia, as well as other partners. 

Upon his arrival, the AfDB President met with Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, to discuss ways to strengthen the partnership between the two institutions to better serve African populations.

During his mission, Adesina will meet with government officials, including Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn and State Minister of Finance and Economic Development, Ahmed Shide.
