The Bank has embarked on institutional reforms with a view to:

• Entrenching a results culture so as to achieve higher developmental impact through our operations in RMC’s.
• Streamlining our procedures and processes for higher efficiency.
• Narrowing the front of our areas of intervention in order to avoid strategic drift and work more effectively with other development partners.

There is a convergence of opinion between the Bank and its ADF Deputies. ADF 12 will use the work of ADF 11 as a platform on which to consolidate and deepen both institutional reforms and interventions in support to RMC’s so as to ensure impactful and sustainable development.
