Un avis spécifique d’appel d’offres fait suite à un avis général de passation de marchés préparé par l’emprunteur (en consultation avec la Banque), qui donne des informations sur un marché spécifique d’un projet faisant l’objet d’un appel d’offres international (AOI).
Cet avis est publié simultanément sur le site web de la Banque, dans l’UNDB et dans un journal du pays emprunteur.
