The project will construct and support the implementation of an fisheries Monitoring, Control, and Surveillance Center in each of the nine coastal states, support a Federal MCS coordination centre, and will rehabilitate landing sites where there is a need. Furthermore participatory fisheries management, and infrastructure management will be developed and implemented from the start of the project
