Simply Results is a biannual publication produced by ORQR containing important information on the Bank’s progress in strengthening its quality assurance and results effort. It provides guidelines for Bank staff on ways to improve the quality and results focus in Bank Group operations. Simply Results also allows the Bank’s external clients to better understand the changes that are underway in strengthening the results culture within the institution.
