Heads of delegations or other officials are kindly requested to advise the Secretariat well in advance of the meetings, of the full composition of their respective delegations, including, if any, members from diplomatic missions and their staff. It is strongly recommended that the 2008 Annual Meetings participants register online. Participants will need the code on their invitation letters and scanned personal passport photographs in JPEG format to successfully register.
There will also be an Annual Meetings Registration Desk at the Kaya Kwanga Hotel, which is adjacent to the venue of the meeting to take care of last minute changes and late invitees and to issue badges to registered participants. The desk will be open from 9 May 2008, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Participants will require passport-size photographs, their invitation letters and national passports to register.
Participants who are unable to register online before arrival at the meeting venue,should call at the registration desk for full registration to ensure access to Annual Meetings events.
