Visa & Vaccination Requirements to Côte d’Ivoire
A visa is required for entry into Côte d’Ivoire except for ECOWAS member countries and countries having agreements with Côte d’Ivoire. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is also required to enter the country and should be presented upon arrival.
For ECOWAS nationals, an identity card will suffice. Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Côte d’Ivoire.
- ECOWAS Member States include:
Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Togo.
- Other countries not subject to visa requirements are:
Central African Republic, Republic of Congo, Morocco, Mauritania, Seychelles, Singapore, Chad, Tunisia, the Philippines.
The Bank is available to facilitate your visa; however, if you prefer to seek your visa independently, the entry visa for Côte d’Ivoire can be obtained either in person from Consulates or Embassies of Côte d’Ivoire in the applicant’s country of residence or online through the link www.snedai.com with a payment of approximately 73 euros.

Reception and Registration
A team from the AfDB will welcome you at the Felix Houphoüet Boigny Airport and direct you to the bus to take you to your hotel.
Registrations and badges can be obtained on site at to the conference venue, the CCIA Building, on the morning of November 26, starting at 8:00 am.
You are advised to come with your passport or identification card to obtain a participant’s badge.
French and English will be the working languages of the Forum. Simultaneous interpretation into these languages will be provided during all sessions.
