CEO, Dangote Foundation

Zouera Youssoufou is the CEO of the Dangote Foundation, based in Lagos. She reports to the Board of the Dangote Foundation, and provides overall management oversight for the $1.24 billion USD foundation. In this capacity, Zouera crafts the short, medium and long-term strategic plans of the Foundation and executes them with guidance from the Board. Prior to joining the Dangote Foundation, Zouera was the World Bank Country Manager for Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Sao Tomé and Principe.
