Obiora Collins Okoye
Obiora Collins Okoye has 11 years’ experience in banking and finance, project management, consulting and energy operations. He Joined the African Development Bank in 2008 as an investment officer in the Private Sector Department before joining the Energy Department as a Financial Analyst. He had direct responsibility for the evaluation of infrastructure and energy related project proposals in order to assess their feasibility for financial assistance and technical support by the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, Obiora was the Commercial Manager for Mart Energy Services, a Canadian independent oil and gas exploration company focused on developing West African oil and gas fields. He obtained an MSc in Energy Finance from the Centre for Energy Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, Scotland and a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University Business School, UK.
