2010 Annual Report of the Independent Review Mechanism (IRM)

The Independent Review Mechanism (IRM) was established, in 2004, by the Enabling Resolution of the Boards of Directors of the African Development Bank (ADB) Group, and the IRM has been operational since the appointment of the Director of the Compliance Review and Mediation Unit (CRMU) in 2006.
