Ghana - Multinational Project for RHE Creation of Sustainable Tsetse and Trypanosomiasis Free Areas in East and West Africa-Ghana Component - Project Completion Report (PCR)

03-Apr-2012

The Project Appraisal Report noted that T&T is a serious obstacle to poverty reduction and food security, so its removal is ideal. Once the tsetse has been removed and land management systems have been put in place, follow up investments in agriculture production and agro-processing would be sought. The projects aimed at creating sustainable tsetse-free areas in six countries in support of the eradication of tsetse and trypanosomiasis in sub-Saharan Africa.
