Project Brief - Nigeria - Oku Iboku Pulp & Paper (OKIPP) Project


The rehabilitation and upgrade of an integrated pulp and paper mill which makes newsprint and related mechanical papers from its 16,000 hectares tree plantation in Southeastern Nigeria. The mill complex is expected to be reactivated in 2015 with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons that will gradually reach 190,000 tons over a 10-year period.
