This project performance audit report PPAR comprises the abbreviated project performance audit Memorandum PPAM produced by the Operation Evaluation Office, and the project completion PCR produced by the agricultural and rural development Department. The PPAR reviews the Nasia Rice Project in Ghana for which an ADB loan (loan number CS/GH/AGR/73/001) of BUA 2.30 million was approved on 17 September 1973, and December 1976. The planned implementation period was the four years 1 July 1973 to 30 June 1977. The total planned project cost was BUA 2.40 million, the balance of funds being sponsor’s equity provided by the National Investment Bank, the Agricultural Development Bank, and Barclays Bank of Ghana, and a medium term loan from the National Investment Bank.Read more
