This Project Performance Audit Report (PPAR) is concerned with the expansion of polyester filament project, Misr Rayon Company, Kafr El-Dawar, the Arab Republic of Egypt (ARE). The first polyester filament project, partially financed by ADB, was completed in 1985 and had a capacity of 11 tons per day. The second polyester filament project was designed to produce 11 tons per day, but due to changes in the modality of implementation, the expansion project was completed by 24 tons per day.Read more
