SPN - Eritrea - Design, Supply, Installation, Configuration and Training for Eritrea Integrated Tax Administration System (ErITAS) Software, Hardware and related IT Equipment - ESTA

Ministry of Finance and National Development (MoFND) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the provision of Eritrea Integrated Tax Administration System (ErITAS) Software and IT Infrastructure, including:

  1. Supply, Installation, and Configuration of ErITAS software, hardware and related IT equipment;
  2. Implementation Services including training, change management, and quality assurance;
  3. Legacy data cleaning/validation and migration from current to new ErITAS system;
  4. Deployment of system from Main Production Site to other sites/locations in Asmara, and in all IRD Offices in Zobas;
  5. Ensuring data replication and business continuity in the event of a disaster;
  6. Provide Support Services in the form of a Service Level Agreement;
  7. Implement the complete solution including achievement of operational acceptance, post operational acceptance, and warranty.
