Bernadette Dia Kamgnia

Bernadette Dia Kamgnia is the Acting Director of African Development Institute of the African Development Bank. Prior joining the Bank she is an Associate Professor of Economics (Agrégé des Sciences Economiques) of the University of Yaoundé II in Cameroon. She was the coordinator of the training programs (Master’s & PhD) of the New PTCI (Programme de Troisième Cycle Inter Universitaire en Economie) of the CIEREA, an International Non-Governmental Organization, which is based in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Read More

Djibril Diallo

Djibril Diallo is the Officer-in-Charge of the Development & Policy Dialog Division (EADI 2) at the African Development Bank’s African Development Institute, where he promotes, coordinates, implements and monitors Bank-wide strategic partnerships and cooperation. His role also includes mobilizing external resources to support Bank operations and reinforcing institutional and capacity building. Diallo has been at the Bank for 24 years and he holds a PhD in economic development from Bordeaux University in France. He has also taken management courses at the University of Pittsburgh in the United States.
