01/12/2004 - Tunis, 1st December 2004 –The Boards of Directors of the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the African Development Fund (ADF) today agreed that Ghana had effectively met the conditions and reached the completion point under the enhanced framework of the Heavily Indebted Poor Countries (HIPC) Initiative.

01/12/2004 - Tunis, 1st December 2004 – The Board of directors of the African Development Bank (ADB) through its private sector window has approved a US$ 15 million line of credit (LOC) to the Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB). The project consists of two components, a direct LOC mainly targeting SMEs and a Technical Assistance program to enhance KCB capacity in selected areas.


01/12/2004 - Tunis, le 1er décembre 2004 – Le conseil d’administration de la Banque africaine de développement, à travers son guichet du secteur privé, a approuvé une délégation de crédit basée sur le partage des risques d’un montant d’un milliard de rands en faveur de la société Nedbank Limited (Nedbank). Nedbank est une institution financière agréée en Afrique du Sud, dont le capital partagé est supérieur à 20 milliards de rands. Les actions de Nedcor sont cotées sur la bourse de Johannesburg.
