The Summit will provide a platform for the world leaders from governments, private sector and civil society to make bold announcements and catalyze actions on climate change ahead of a binding legal agreement to take place in 2015 to keep global warming below 2 degrees Celsius. The presence of AfDB is critical to draw attention to the key climate change challenges that impact Africa.
