01/11/2018 - On an official visit to Germany, the President of the African Development Bank, Akinwumi Adesina commended the Presidents and Heads of State of the Compact with Africa countries for their strong commitment to reforms, adding the African Development Bank has worked very closely with the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund on the policy matrices and advancing them with positive results in the compact countries.

15/11/2017 - A panel discussion on “Providing NEXUS Solutions: Improving Livelihoods through Regional Cooperation” was held Wednesday, November 15 during the UN Climate Summit (COP23) in Bonn. Organized by the African Regional Sustainable Energy Centres in collaboration with UNIDO and hosted by the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), the session addressed the urgent need of channeling regional cooperation towards a stronger NEXUS approach.
