06/03/2014 - The Board of the Africa Development Bank Group (AfDB) on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 approved the Country Strategy Paper (CSP) for Kenya, which articulates the Bank’s priority areas of support to Kenya from 2014-2018. The CSP supports the country’s ambitions and addresses its main developmental challenges by promoting job creation as the overarching objective.
27/02/2014 - Plans to resuscitate Oku Iboku Pulp and Paper Mill in Akwa Ibom and Cross River States in Southeastern Nigeria were concretized on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 in Tunis, where Executive Directors of the African Development Bank approved a US $30-million loan to finance the rehabilitation project.
01/11/2013 - The Board of Directors of the African Development Bank has approved an ADF loan of US$ 152.12 million (UA98.78 million*) and an ADF grant of US$ 0.38 million (UA0.25 million) to finance Nigeria’s Agricultural Transformation Agenda Support Program Phase 1 (ATASP-1).

10/06/2013 - Le Groupe de la Banque africaine de développement (BAD) et la République centrafricaine (RCA) ont signé, le 31 mai 2013 à Marrakech, au Maroc, un accord de don relatif au projet d’appui aux statistiques et à la mise en œuvre du deuxième Document de stratégie de réduction de la pauvreté (DSRP), pour un total de 2,034 millions de dollars EU.

31/05/2013 - The issues linked to the use of country systems in the domain of procurement procedures have occupied an important place in exchanges between Morocco and the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) in Marrakesh, Morocco. On the sidelines of the Annual Meetings proceedings, the two partners signed on May 31 an agreement protocol for the use of Moroccan procedures for procurement in the context of the implementation of projects financed by the AfDB.
