25/03/2016 - La Banque africaine de développement (BAD) a organisé, le 23 mars 2016 à Abidjan, en Côte d'Ivoire, un atelier sur la compétitivité en Afrique de l'Ouest francophone. Cet atelier s'est appuyé sur les conclusions du Rapport 2015 sur la compétitivité en Afrique, qui s'intitule " Transformer les économies d'Afrique. ". Ce rapport biennal est une publication conjointe de la BAD, du Forum économique mondial, de la Banque mondiale et, depuis 2015, de l'Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE).
28/01/2016 - On January 25, 2016 in Bamako, the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Government of Mali reached an agreement on a CFAF 60-billion funding package, composed of a CFAF 40-billion loan and a CFAF 20-billion grant. The funding support a multi-national road infrastructure and transport links improvement project along the Bamako-Zantiebougou-Kolondieba-Boundiali-San Pedro corridor shared by Mali and Côte d’Ivoire.

26/11/2015 - At their regular meetings on Thursday, November 26, 2015, the Board of Directors of the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) approved two major transport support and facilitation programmes for Tanzania, Côte d’Ivoire and Mali, as well as an economic governance support programme for Cape Verde to be financed with combined loans and grants totaling US $545 million.
