26/11/2015 - At their regular meetings on Thursday, November 26, 2015, the Board of Directors of the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) approved two major transport support and facilitation programmes for Tanzania, Côte d’Ivoire and Mali, as well as an economic governance support programme for Cape Verde to be financed with combined loans and grants totaling US $545 million.

06/11/2015 - At their regular meetings on Wednesday, 4 November 2015, the Boards of Directors of the African development Bank (AfDB) approved three loans totaling US$ 94 million to finance a Cashew Infrastructure Development Project in Zambia, a financial reforms and food security support programme in Niger as well an economic governance reform support programme in Mali.

27/08/2015 - The newly established Africa Climate Change Fund (ACCF) has approved its first two projects in the past month. One will support Mali with preparatory funding to advance its low-carbon, climate resilient development agenda, and the second will strengthen data and information on climate change vulnerabilities and opportunities for 54 African countries.
15/05/2015 - The African Development Bank (AfDB), in partnership with the Climate Investment Funds (CIF) and the Government of Mali, has launched the Renewable Energy in Africa: Mali Country Profile. The publication, released on May 7, highlights the country’s current inroads in renewable energy as well as opportunities for scaling-up the sector. The profile is the first in a series for Africa.
