04/03/2019 - Le gouvernement de São Tomé & Príncipe et la Banque africaine de développement ont procédé, le vendredi 1er mars 2019 à Abidjan, à la signature d’un accord de don de 2 millions de dollars USD, pour cofinancer les dépenses liées aux activités préparatoires du projet d’aménagement d’un port en eau profonde à Fernão Dias dans le nord du pays.

On April 13, 2018, the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) is organising a regional workshop to present the findings from the Pre-feasibility Study on Business Opportunities for Women in a Changing Energy Value Chain in West Africa. The workshop will take place at the African Development Bank Group headquarters in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

23/05/2017 - Malawi and Tanzania have agreed to work together for the development of the Songwe River Basin Program (SRBDP). This follows the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between both parties at a ceremony held in Lilongwe, on May 18, 2017.
22/03/2017 - The New Partnership for Africa’s Development Infrastructure Project Preparation Facility (NEPAD-IPPF) hosted by the African Development Bank (AfDB) held discussions with the Infrastructure Project Preparation and Development Unit (PPDU) of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) based in Lomé, Togo, with a view to strengthening collaboration on the preparation of regional infrastructure projects in West Africa.
07/03/2017 - The NEPAD-IPPF (Infrastructure Project Preparation Facility) has approved US $3.88 million in grants to the Governments of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Mozambique and Zambia to finance completion of regional projects preparations.
14/02/2017 - The African Water Facility (AWF) and NEPAD Infrastructure Project Preparation Facility (NEPAD-IPPF) signed on January 31, 2017 in Pretoria, South Africa, a letter of agreement with the Orange Senqu River Basin Commission (ORASECOM) to launch the Climate Resilient Water Resources Investment Strategy and Multipurpose Project Preparation for the Orange-Senqu River Basin, shared by Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia and South Africa. The co-financed project, amounting to about €3.5 million, includes contributions from AWF of about €2 million and $1.2 million from NEPAD-IPPF.

09/02/2017 - The New Partnership for Africa’s Development Infrastructure Project Preparation Facility (NEPAD-IPPF) has continued to support African countries to strengthen regional infrastructure connectivity by providing grants for project preparation and development for complex, cross-border regional infrastructure projects in energy, transport, ICT and trans-boundary water. This directly supports Africa’s integration and industrialization efforts as well as trade in goods and services and helps to improve the quality of lives of Africans by improving access to infrastructure services – electricity, transport, communications and water.
25/09/2015 - Cooperating partners who provide financial support to the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) Infrastructure Project Preparation Facility (NEPAD-IPPF) hosted by the African Development Bank (AfDB) have called for enhanced partnerships in strengthening the capacity of NEPAD-IPPF to increase the Facility’s scope to prepare infrastructure projects for financing and implementation. This was at the Special Oversight Committee (OC) meeting of the NEPAD-IPPF on Wednesday, September 16 in Abidjan.
