Bank Group and Indian Ocean Commission Agree to increased Cooperation

07-Sep-2009 - Tunis, 4 September 2009 – The African Development Bank (AfDB) Group and the Indian Ocean Commission (IOC), on Friday September 4, 2009 in Tunis concluded bi-lateral consultations aimed at strengthening collaboration between the two institutions. The two institutions signed an Aide-Memoire at the end of a three-day visit to the AfDB by the Secretary General of the IOC, Ambassador Calixte D’Offay and one of his advisers.

Gabon-AfDB: Interim President Launches Third Axis of Bank-Funded Road Project

Au cours de la même cérémonie, l’administrateur de la BAD pour la Côte d’Ivoire, Tchétché N’Guessan, a reçu la distinction de chevalier de l’Ordre National. Le président Laurent Gbagbo avait reçu en audience le président de la BAD et sa délégation quelques heures auparavant.
