Abdoulkader Dileita, a national of the Republic of Djibouti, is currently serving as the Secretary to the Bank's Staff Appeals Committee, a position he has held since 2009. Prior to which he served as a long-term consultant in the Bank's Legal Department from 2006 to 2008.
